LOCAL MOVING
Martel Express Moving guarantees complete coverage for your move. Any damaged item will be repaired by an expert until it regains its original appearance. If this is not possible, the damaged item will be replaced with an identical one.
Additionally, Moving Martel Express offers the possibility of subscribing to supplemental insurance to cover high-value items.
Unboxed items are guaranteed with the exception of the mechanism of electrical appliances, mattresses, mirrors, paintings, marble tables, table and bookcase glass and torchiere lamps which must be packed in special boxes in order to benefit from coverage.
Conditions for a claim:

A deductible of $100 is applicable for the settlement of any claim.

Any claim must be noted by the mover at the end of the move on the order form, before you sign it.
LONG DISTANCE MOVING
Your consultant will be able to answer all your questions, discuss the various coverages and protections offered, and give you an estimate of the costs for your move.
Protecting your belongings during the move is one of our top priorities. However, we are human, and accidents occasionally happen. That's why we offer protection coverage for your belongings, should an accident occur. This is also why we offer ongoing training courses at our state-of-the-art facility to ensure our staff are proficient in packing, loading, and unloading procedures. To ensure your belongings are protected, we offer two different coverage options:
Option one
Liability for discharge tariff.
Basic coverage offered at no additional cost.
Option two
Items of extraordinary value.
Items of extraordinary value must be certified and supported by a written appraisal.
